About Judge Christina Fox
Judge Christina Fox is a candidate for the 397th District Court, dedicated to upholding the Constitution, preserving the rule of law, and serving the community with integrity, fairness, and respect for the judicial role.
Judge Fox currently serves as the judge of the Justice Court for Precinct 4 in Grayson County Texas and brings substantial courtroom experience to the bench. Her legal background includes practice experience in family, civil, and criminal law, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse matters and individuals who appear before the court.
Judge Fox graduated from the United States Air Force Academy after receiving a congressional nomination-an honor reflecting both academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to service. Following graduation, she served as an officer in the United States Air Force and is a decorated combat veteran who was honorably discharged after faithful and distinguished service. Her military experience instilled a deep respect for leadership, discipline, accountability, and the constitutional principles she now works to uphold within the justice system.
In addition to her judicial and military service, Judge Fox is a published and award-winning author who has earned professional recognition for her contributions to legal scholarship and public discourse. Outside the courtroom Judge Fox remains actively engaged in community service and public outreach. She understands that public confidence in the judiciary is essential and is committed to maintaining that trust through professionalism, impartiality and adherence to judicial ethics.
Judge Fox’s values are grounded in faith, service to country, and fidelity to the Constitution. She believes judges must apply the law as written, treat every person with dignity, and ensure that justice is administered fairly and impartially-without bias or predetermined outcomes. Judge Christina Fox is honored to seek election to the 397th District Court and is committed to serving the citizens of Grayson County with humility, integrity and respect for the law.
